Jaipur’s famous sights by bike feature next on the itinerary - including a wilderness starlit dinner, with elephants! After this introduction to the varied sights of the Golden Triangle, it’s time to immerse yourself in the Holi celebrations: we’ve secured special access to the heady Holi Danan ceremony at Udaipur Palace which signals the start of the celebrations in a whirl of music, dance and horse parades. You’ll return the next day with an exclusive invitation to the famously colourful celebrations in the Royal Family’s garden, from where you can watch the powder paints and rainbow-hued water bombs begin to fly before joining in the action. Afterwards, there’s time to visit the palaces, markets and bazaars of Udaipur, before rounding off your Indian adventure with a magical boat trip on Lake Pichola.
