Ready to bookCombine one of Brazil’s buzziest cities with the tranquil wildlife-viewing area of the Pantanal. On this trip, you’ll immerse yourself in the party atmosphere of Rio, before heading off in search of giant anteaters, capuchin monkeys, armadillos and elusive jaguars.
On this trip to the Pantanal wetlands you’re in for a really wild adventure. Home to the elusive jaguar, the immense Pantanal is the world’s largest wetland, harbouring one of the globe’s most diverse eco-systems. In the dry season when our trips run, the landscape is blanketed in flowers and you can hunt for caiman, capybara, giant river otters & hyacinth macaw. The Pantanal’s incredible empty wilderness makes the perfect juxtaposition to a city break in Rio and we’ll help you explore this captivating city by the sea, where life is at its liveliest, whether on the perfect sand beaches, in the restaurants & bars or among the brightly coloured costumes & floats of Carnaval.
