On this trip, your home will be the original Ice Hotel, set 200km from the Arctic Circle in the village of Jukkajärvi. Spend your first night in one of its Cold Rooms; each room is individually themed, adorned with hand carved ice sculptures and comes with reindeer hides and thermal sleeping bags so you’ll be nice and warm even in your -5°C room. The following day, you’ll explore the magical landscape by dog sledge, before heading out on a nighttime snowmobile adventure in search of the Northern Lights.

Try your hand at ice sculpting on Day Three, with expert tuition and your own block of crystal-clear ice. Then spend your final night riding through starlit forest, far away from towns and cities, as you seek out wild moose and perhaps a final glimpse of the Aurora Borealis. We can also arrange photographic safaris and time with the local Sámi people as added extras.
